How do I place an order?
If you feel comfortable shopping in German or Spanish, go right ahead and browse our Mexican online shop (in German or Spanish). Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the resources to offer an online shopping experience in English, but we do understand English, Spanish, and German. We will ship your order of Mexican food to your home in the entire European Union. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 49 €. For smaller orders or locations outside Germany, please review our shipping rates here in German and here in Spanish.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the resources to offer an online shopping experience in English, but we do understand English, Spanish, and German. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 49 €. For smaller orders within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of 3,90 € with DPD. For locations outside Germany, please review our shipping rates here in German and here in Spanish.
How fast will my order be shipped?
Usually, your order of Mexican products will arrive within 2-3 business days after payment is received if you are located within Germany. If you do not receive your package within 7 business days after payment, please contact us. Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays.
How can I pay?
We offer payment by bank transfer (Banküberweisung) via PayPal or via AmazonPay. Credit card payments are possible via PayPal (you don't need an account). Once your order is completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email that includes our bank account information. If you selected PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal directly after placing your order. If you have problems or questions regarding the payment process, please contact us.

Does Hola México ship to countries other than Germany?
Our online shop is directed at consumers in Germany, but we happily ship food and other Mexican products to other countries in the European Union. Possible import taxes and duties are responsibility of the client. Please note that we are not allowed to ship alcoholic beverages abroad.
